This is a handy, specialized tool that is used for cutting clean-edge circles(I know; the name kinda gave that away), up to a diameter of 30cm / 14,8".
It comes with 6 extra blades and 2 pencil leads for sketching your circle, all stored in a compartment on the cutter, as shown on the second picture.
The one I use, shown here, are made by Hobbico and I managed to find it for sale online at Tower Hobbies for 6$. More details on the specs are found in those links.
So far, it has proven quite useful to me and I´ll post some demonstrations on its use asap in the How 2 page.
Leather Punch Pliers.
This beast is quite good at embossing rivets in polystyrene sheets, which I´ll demonstrate asap at the How 2 page. Very durable piece of equipment.
This particular Leather Punch Pliers are made by Mazbot Tools and found it for sale at Art Fire for around 30$
